Almost certainly not. Lyophilised peptides are shelf-stable at ambient temperature for the length of a normal transit — that's the reason they're freeze-dried in the first place. The ice packs are extra insurance. Put the vials in a freezer on arrival and you're fine.

That's the copper. GHK-Cu forms a copper(II) complex, which gives a deep blue solution once reconstituted. It's a sign the complex is intact. GLOW and KLOW take on the same colour since GHK-Cu is the largest component by mass in both.
