Unbranded outer mailer, no product names, no lab markings, generic return address.
Cold-chain handling
Lyophilised peptides are shelf-stable in transit — that's the whole reason they're freeze-dried. Even so, temperature-sensitive lots go out with gel ice packs in an insulated mailer. If your ice packs arrive thawed, that is normal and expected; it does not mean the material is compromised. Move the vials to a freezer on arrival.
Order tracking
You'll get a confirmation when payment clears and a tracking number when the label is generated. If tracking hasn't moved after two business days, email us — carrier scans are missed more often than parcels are.
Returns
Because these are research materials whose storage conditions can't be verified once they leave our control, we cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed vials. That's a chain-of-custody constraint, not a customer-service one.
- Damaged in transit — photograph the parcel and vials before handling further, and email us within 72 hours of delivery. Replaced at no cost.
- Wrong item shipped — our error, our postage. Full replacement.
- Unopened, sealed, within 14 days — returnable for store credit less return shipping.
- Lost parcels — we file the carrier claim and reship once the claim is opened.
Where we ship
United States only at present, to all 50 states. We do not ship internationally — research-material import rules vary too widely by jurisdiction for us to do it responsibly. We will not mark parcels as gifts, understate declared value, or mislabel contents.
Wholesale & institutional accounts
Labs, universities and research groups ordering by the sealed box (10 vials) or by the case get tiered pricing, net terms and a dedicated point of contact. Email orders@nashpeps.com with your institution, the compounds you're after and expected monthly volume.
Payment
Checkout is encrypted and we do not store card details on our servers. Orders are not packed until payment clears.
